dig a flood control tunnels from flood zones to help
refill Lake Powell with water from up north, which
would save some 2 trillion dollars worth of property,
real estate and farms, not to mention
The City of Las Vegas and the surrounding areas
Japan has some really massive flood works so
somethig really could be done.
